Do you travel for shoots or events?
Yes, absolutely! We're proudly based in Charlotte, NC but love working with brands near and far.
For locations over 10 miles from Uptown Charlotte, we charge a travel fee of $1.00 per mile. For long-distance projects, we kindly ask that airfare and lodging be covered.

How soon can I expect to see results from social media marketing?
Social media growth is a long-term strategy, not an overnight fix.
We start with 3-month minimum contracts to learn your audience, tailor your content, and build momentum.
For consistent growth, 6–12 month packages are strongly encouraged. With the right strategy and content, expect to see measurable improvements in engagement, trust, and conversions over time.
Can I post or share raw/unedited images?
No, we do not allow the posting or distribution of raw images.
If raw images are shared for selection purposes, they are not to be posted or used in any form. We take pride in delivering polished, intentional visuals — and raw files don’t represent our final standard of work.
Do you offer referral or affiliate opportunities?
Yes! If you'd like to earn 5–10% commissions on services or products you refer, we’d love to have you on board.

GENERAL BOOKING TERMS
A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your session or project date.
Should rescheduling be necessary, pricing and availability will be reassessed.
Services are confirmed only once the deposit is received.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations within 24 hours incur a $125 flat-rate fee. This fee may be credited toward one rescheduled session only.
Any additional cancellations require a new session fee.
If a client is more than 10 minutes late, a $50 late fee will be applied.
At 20 minutes late, the session is canceled and the client is charged the combined total of the service rate and the late fee.
SESSION GUIDELINES
Only the individuals being photographed may attend the session, with the exception of up to two parents/guardians for children or infants.
Parents must remain calm and avoid interrupting or interfering with the session.
Clients are responsible for arriving ready at the scheduled start time. Sessions begin and end promptly.
Additional time may be arranged in advance for an added fee.
Clients are responsible for grooming (hair, makeup, wardrobe). Professional retouching services are available upon request.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE
MilanX Productions retains creative control and full artistic discretion over all media produced.
All visual content (videos, photos, graphics) is intellectual property of MilanX Productions and may be used for marketing or promotional purposes.
Clients must credit MilanX when sharing any work and may not edit or filter the images/videos in any way.
Raw images are not delivered or permitted for sharing. If shared temporarily for client selection, they must not be posted or reproduced.
Clients may not alter, reproduce, or repurpose final work without written consent.
DELIVERY
Final edited photos are delivered within 1–2 weeks post-session, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Turnaround times for video and graphic design projects will be outlined based on scope.
GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICES
All design services require a 75% deposit upfront to begin work.
Clients will receive up to two revision rounds per design. Additional revisions will be billed separately.
TRAVEL POLICY
MilanX is based in Charlotte, NC but is happy to travel.
Driveable locations will be billed at $1.00 per mile roundtrip.
For flight-required projects, airfare and accommodations must be covered.
LIABILITY
MilanX’s total liability for any service is limited to the fees paid by the client.
We are not liable for missed sessions or delays due to weather, illness, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Clients are responsible for any damage caused to equipment or property during a session.
