AlterEgo came to us with no brand strategy, unclear direction, and visuals that lacked consistency and impact. Their social presence was chaotic and disorganized, with low to no engagement and no defined identity that reflected the quality of their streetwear. The challenge was to rebuild the brand from the ground up by establishing a clear visual direction, elevating product perception, and creating demand for their pieces.
What We Delivered:
We started small, introducing the owner to a streamlined flow of high-impact photography, 4K video content, and strategic consulting. After identifying a premium item with strong potential, we tested its appeal live at an event and received exceptional in-person feedback.
